On the last page you can click on Return to Admin to gather email addresses using the Marketing function in you Events section.

Your eCoupons will be sent to you vial eMail. Once received you can forward them to clients with your gift message. Each coupon will come through as a separate email, so if you have five prospects and you purchased five discounts you will receive five email coupons, each with a unique code that can be entered during checkout to receive the discount. The easiest way to use these is to forward them. You can change the subject line, delete any info you don't want to be forwarded and add your own special message above the coupon.

A great place to find email addresses is to click on the Marketing Icon in your Admin Area/Events section. Anybody that has sent an email invitation, received an email invitation or signed the guest book for that event will be recorded there. Obviously, emails to the bride and groom and to any other family members you may know will help drive sales to your site. Sales during the holiday season can match the total sales of the other eleven months of the year all put together. This is why Lifetime In Focus posts your events for a full 12 months. We want your images to be available during all the important holidays and personal dates, like anniversaries and birthdays.

There are a few things to keep in mind:

1. A coupon's code is only good once and is not event specific. In other words the code can be used by anyone for any event but the system will only recognize it once.
2. The code can only be used once regardless of whether the customer takes the entire discount or not. If they don't spend the entire amount, any remaining balance is lost; it cannot be carried over to another order.
3. Only one coupon code can be entered per order.
4. The discount is only good towards product, it cannot be applied towards shipping charges or sales tax. Sales tax, only applicable to orders shipped to addresses within Colorado, is figured on the total amount before the discount is applied.
5. Coupon codes expire 12 months after issue. If you knew that someone was not going to use a code you could give it to someone else. You can see in your admin area under 'Gift Cards" which codes have been used and which have not. Also, we can replace an expired code so you never have to worry about loosing your investment.
